DESCRIPTION

At Wires Glasses, we use stainless steel wire for the frames and bio-material from castor bean for the lenses and rims. Our rims are 3D printing, producing a minuscule amount of waste. The frame is Screw-less invisible hinge design. The lenses are bio-lenses with 100% protection against UVA/UVB and UVC rays. We champion quality, craftsman/ craftswoman-ship, handmade in Italy.

About the Brand:

Wires Glasses is an eyewear brand that has design innovation and sustainability at its core. The first collection of Wires was developed after our designer broke their glasses on holiday and fixed them with a single piece of wire, creating a new and functional design. Our smart design features no screws or hinges. At Wires we 3D print our rims. 3D printing is an additive manufacturing technique, producing minimal waste. Our wires are handmade, and the glasses assembled, in a family-run workshop in Northern Italy.
